Moving Pins

Yep, I'm having the same problem. Not sure why it is happening. I put my pins A-Z, play a game for awhile come back and they moved themselves to random locations. It is never the same, some move one time others move the next time.

Are you referring to the apps on the Home tab or the Pins tab? To pin Internet Explorer, go to your My Games & Apps section, click the Menu button (the old Start button) and click Pin to Home. Any pinned apps will show on the Pins tab. To unpin an app, go
to the Pins tab, highlight that item, click the Menu button and select Unpin. The apps on the Home tab is more less recent history. On the Pins tab, the only re-arranging you can do (without un-pinning and re-pinning )is using the Move to Front option, which
will put the Front app in the upper right-hand corner. Probably the easiest way to do this is to create a list of the pinned apps you want (most important at the top, least important at the bottom), then using that list and going from bottom to top click each
app and select move to front. Once you are done the last one you Move to Front will be the top on on your list. Hope this helps!

After a bit of experimenting, it seems this happens when you use the "move to front" option. If I don't use that, my pins are fine. If I try and use the "move to front" option to get them in a layout that I like, 1 or more of the pins will disappear temporarily
at some point.

Since I started this thread, I haven't used the "move to front" option and my pins have been fine.

To be fair it would take three if you had it pinned and in the first pin slot (Move to Front).

It could take up to 9 button presses since there can be 7 columns of pins.

There now the trolls can't say shhqwat!

What results did you get? Are you able to move and pin the widgets?
