    hello, i currently owned an xbox 360, when i tried signing that account to my xbox one i was not able to so i changed the password but doing so now when it signed in it had some basic information but all my games and achievements and apps were all gone the
    only thing it moved to my xbox one, that i can see was my name. it even gave it a new gamertag also. when i try to sign in on to my email it says that that email does not exist but on my 360 when i check the email of the profile is the same email that i type
    in.so please pleas help!!

    Factory reset my xbox 360 without losing all progress.

    will moving all saved data onto the cloud can keep everything saved and can still be seen on my xbox live profile on my xbox one? In other words all my saved progress from the 360 will not be deleted from my xbox live profile after moving the data to the
    cloud and can be able to continue playing the 360 games on my xbox one with the backwards compatibility?

    Switching from a US Xbox 360 to a UK Xbox One

    Not sure where to ask a question like this so I thought I'd put it in here.

    I currently live in the US but am moving to the UK in December time, and I will be purchasing an Xbox One there. I know Xbox 360 live profiles will carry over to the Xbox One but will I be able to transfer my Xbox live profile from a US Xbox 360 to a UK
    Xbox One? Would love to keep my current profile if possible.

    Hi. Try deleting the account from your Xbox one and go to Xbox.com on your pc and sign-in with your account there and see if the info matches the one on your 360. Once signed in add the Xbox one console to the list of owned hardware in your profile account
    settings by using the console serial number. This is a link explaining what info can be moved to your new console when signing in.

    yeah thank you because i want to revisit some of my favourite 360 games on xbox one since they are on backward compatibility.

    last question: do i have to move my 360 profile as well and will it overwrite my overall profile in other words will it delete my xbox one progress?

    yeah, but it is not letting move across any of my disc games to the cloud saved games. and it is not just the 360 i can play on the xbox one, it all of my 360 games as i do not want to lose any achievements, gamerscore and additional content: in other words
    i want everything on my 360 saved onto my xbox live profile/ xbox one profile and not lost/deleted when i do a factory reset in order to sell my 360.

    You can used it on 360 afther moveing to the one. Because I on my dad's place 360. And still can log on a 360. Even on my personal 360. And you can have you profile on more then one XBOX ONE. Just make sure your first one is your home console.
