    Hi i just bought a new hd for the console since it's hd is full, i have a 1.3 terabyte hd which is also nearly full so i wanted to move some of my games which i play the most on the new hd but i am having a problem with some of them( ex : battlefield, overwatch,
    paladins), when i move a game it starts moving but then it just stops and the console show me this message "installation stopped".

    Can anyone please help me ?

    Yep, it is just me. I figured out why the sound issues were occurring...it's the darn hard drive. I bought a 1T external HD to supplement my storage needs and I moved many of my games to that drive. Doing some testing by moving those games back to the XBOX
    ONE native HD and those games run smooth as silk...so it's got to be the new HD. Think I'll take it back to Best Buy and exchange it. Thanks for responding, your feedback certainly helped me.

    Hello good afternoon. Since I updated my Xbox One I have been having a problem moving my games to an External HD. Whenever I try to move a game to my External HD I get the error 0x87e00008, and before I was not having this error while moving my games

    Transferring DLC from one HDD to another

    Probably the easiest solution would be to move your games from the HD that they are on to the HD that the DLC is on

    that can be done in settings

    My game keeps crashing too but my issue may be different. I have CoD installed on an external HD. My HD may be going bad because it periodically disconnects mid game. I moved the files to internal maybe 30 minutes ago. This appears to have worked.

    Have you tried moving the game from the HD to the SSD?

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Find Sea of Thieves.

    - Click on Move > Select the new drive > Click on the Move button again.

    If you have the same error code while trying to move the installed game from the HD to the SSD, please let me know.
