Moving from xbox one to xbox one s

I stupidly created a new account. I then found out I could move my real profile to the new box. I did that and the removed the "new account" two games I owned did not show up. I went to the store where I found I would have to buy them again. I was advised
to check storage because the games should be in the cloud. Went to storage and only found internal storage. I was advised by EB Games the I needed to contact Xbox support to have the account validated. The gave me a phone number which sent online. Cannot
contact a person, though the phone line should be open until 21:00 UTC. It is now 20:38 UTC Help

The short answer to your question "Can I re-install those on my new Xbox One S", is yes. Your games and apps are tied to your Xbox Live account and you should not have any problems using them on your new Xbox One S. For move information see, "Moving

I'm not sure why you were not able to reach a live agent, but these steps should be followed exactly in order to request a callback

1. Contact us here
2. Select My Account
3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support

Couple of questions.

1. The games that you are talking about were they on the new account or the old account?

2. Were these games ones that you got with Games with gold?

3. Were they possibly games that were being shared to your console that was under someone elses profile that had your console set as their profiles home console?

 

Be aware that purchases you make on the Xbox Marketplace are not tied to the console, but the account that makes the purchase.

That way, you can take the games you own on your account to any console you sign in on.

So if you bought the two missing games on the new account, you need to keep that new account, to be able to download these games to your console(s).

If you want to play these games with your old account, make sure you set the console you're usually playing on as the "new account's" Home Console. To do that, sign in with the new account, and under Settings-->Personalization make sure that the console
is set as that account's Home Console.

Be aware, that you can only change that Home Console setting five times within 365 days!

After you made this console your new account's Home Console, you can then play the games with your old account as well.

And before you ask: No, unfortunately it's not possible to move games from one account to another.
