moving to a new region. As far as the Xbox one X you will not need to purchase a new one. The only thing you may need is an adapter for the way it plugs into the outlets may be different. Make sure if you have any currency in France to use it all as it
does not move to a different region.

You'll need a new plug, spend any euros as they won't work in the canadian store, and then swap your region.

I'm moving to Toronto in May. I have an Xbox One X purchased in France. I want to know if i will have some problems with my Xbox One X or my account !? Should i sell my Xbox and buy another one when i'll arrive to Toronto or not !?

As been said above you will need a new plug, because in US and Canada are different from here in Europe. Then if you gonna buy something with a credit/debit card from Canada you will need to "migrate"
your account to Canada (when you change, if you want to change again you will need to wait 3 months). So if you gonna stay in Canada for more than 3 months and you will use Canada payment method you will need to migrate your account to Canada.
Then you will need to change your console region to Canada too, while if you want, you can stay in language french (You can use a languange different from the console region).

Your account and console should be good moving to a new country, but you'll want to follow the steps once you make the change.

Subscription and items should migrate to the new region when the existing time on the account expires.

One BIG thing to note, is that if you have exisitng funds on your Microsoft Account for the old region, they will
*NOT* migrate with your account, so you should use all funds before the migration.
