Moving digital copies to next gen?

I was wondering if there was any way to move digital copies of games and dlc available on xbox one from my 360 to my xbox one. I went and bought the destiny taken king collectors edition and then recently went to upgrade consoles and I didn't want to have
to repurchase everything that I had already paid for on the 360 since it was available on xbox one also. If there is that would be wonderful but if there isn't that sucks and there really should be some kind of way to do it (especially since I saw that there's
no such thing as a download history or purchase history available on xbox one either, which seems like it would make it hard to reobtain previously downloaded games and such).

Xbox play anywhere and physical disc buyers

Yeah mate I love my physical copies, gutted with Gears 4 as I will be making my first digital purchase to to get early release. Gears is my fave game and I have all the disc copies , steel books etc. But times moving on

 

fixing a problem that doesnt exist

I prefer physical copies as well, too bad the next gen after this might all be digital

 

Some games have had promotions where you can upgrade to the One version for free or at a discount, but it depends on the publisher. Most of those offers have expired though, so if you want to play the same game on the One, you would need to purchase it for
the One.
