"Moving Blue lightning Pixels" when at home or other games/apps

So, walked away from the console for like 10-15mins, with YouTube playing a video come back it was like Blue lightning was on the screen like pixels lightning. But after restarting the console goes away.

Console- Xbox One 500GB Forza 5 Bundle.

Other thing is the tv brand new 4K TCL 55".

If your a preview tester or just regular xbox user can you let me know if ur having an issue similar to it.

This issue happens in Games and Applications.

Pixels & Graphics Issues

Getting some minor pixel problems on the home screen. Game intros and movies are fine but as soon as I'm able to play big blue pixels pop up all over the screen. Anyone else having these issues? I just bought a new Smart TV on the 20th to.

 

Xbox One dash main page ONLY running slow, this normal?

When kinect signs me in to main home page, if I go left or right tabs( to access my pins or store) its seems like there is frame rate drop. When I click on my games and apps or when i click on store there is no frame rate drop when moving left or right.
This only happens on main home page. This normal? thank you
