    unable to play "Rampage" movie after purchase, app tells me tha it cannot play and to get ahold of support. Support does not work, locks up. Tried getting out of movie app but it is locked up as well. Shut Xbox one down several times and still locks up,
    have the latest down load. Ended up unplugging Xbox one and now the movie that I bought "Rampage" is no longer available on the movie app. Getting nothing but a run around. Nothing from Microsoft/ Xbox is working, unable to get ahold of anyone in the Microsoft/Xbox
    staff to help. Unable to get Microsoft system to work. Is there anyone here that knows what they are doing? Can I get this fixed or do I need to ask for my money back and purchase this movie from PlayStation network, since I have no difficulties through them?

    I have a very simple issue that should have a very simple solution. I purchased a movie on my xbox, downloaded it to my flash drive as my xbox HDD is full. So i just need to know how to put the movie onto my computer for safe keeping and i want to watch
    it on my computer when ever i want as i did fully purchase this movie and should be able to put it on my computer.

    We looked at a movie and the movie stop and then this code come up 0xc101ab66, but there is no solution on that code so what can we do ????

    I just purchased the move "Rampage" my self and instead of being able to watch the movie on XBOX I get to watch "THE DEATH OF SUPERMAN". A movie that is still on pre order. How ever if I log on to the computer that I'm able to watch "RAMPAGE" with no issues.
    Tried it on two separate consoles still only able to watch DEATH OF SUPERMAN. Just wonder how much trouble microsoft is going to have to pay for showing a movie that isn't supposed to be release yet. I would also like to watch the movie I purchased.

    After investigating, it looks as though not all movies are available for Movies Anywhere. Below you will find a link to an article on the Movies Anywhere help website that contains a partial list of the movies that are NOT currently eligible for Movies Anywhere at this time.

    Each movie is different. Price also varies based if you select SD or HD. You also pay in Microsoft points. Based on personal experience however, SD movies can range from 350-450 points & HD movies can be doubled (700-800) per movie. Again, it varies from
    movie to movie and you pay in microsoft points. If you decide to download the movie instead, since you are buying the movie rather than renting it expect to pay over 1000 points per movie
