Movies wont play on Xbox Video 0xc33607d9

Im getting a code 0xc33607d9 that wont let me play my movies

Games wont be playable in 4k.

However 4k bluray movies will be playable as well as streaming video in 4k to the xbox one s

Having the same problem with error code 0xc33607d9

this is one of the Core problems with xbox and why more and more people are leaving and going to PC. Xbox you had to habe known this movie would be releasing and still was not prepared

for the onslaught of people wanting to stream it, i cant even download a movie I purchased?? Come on guys did no one in your office have the idea to make sure everything was up and running smoothly for the digital release of the highest grossing movie of
all time??? Please fix this issue

xbox wont' play movies and tv

this is how to play movies using windows 7, dont think it will be much different using windows 8.

Make sure you have the xbox video app d/loaded on your xbox one and go on to it.

Open windows media player on your pc and find the movie you want to play.(must be avi/mp4 format)

Right click and go on "play to" and it should display your xbox click this.

You can still play/ pause etc using the controller or voice control.

just make sure you are on the xbox video app on your xbox or the "play to" wont display on your pc
