Movies & TV app not working

Tried both ways and none worked.. would it be a system problem?

If you tried the power-cycle and still have problems, the factory reset (keeping games & apps) is your next best bet.

Just trying to help try holding the power button on your xbox for 10 seconds to restart it and if that doesn't work then you should try speaking to a xbox assistant about the situation hope I help.

Did that also not work? Honestly, if it doesn't solve it, there may be another issue. You said that Netflix and YouTube are functioning normally, so that suggests an issue with the apps themselves. If no streaming app was working, then it might be hardware
related.

When you restarted the console, did you use the "Restart console" option in the power menu (when you press and hold the Guide button until it appears), did you press and hold the power button on the face of the console itself for several seconds until it
shut off, or did you just turn it off and back on again? The former two options should purge a data cache that could be in the way.

There is also a more drastic option - a factory reset. The reset process has two options, and you'd want to choose the one that keeps games & apps installed. The other is the absolute last resort, as it completely wipes the console and deletes all content.
If you go this route, go to Settings -> System -> Console info -> Reset console. When prompted, be sure to select "keep my games & apps".

Yes but i have emailed sky and disney and now tv and they said they are are hoid on there end so i am just so confused now
