Also you might want to look at the comments/reviews on the app. I saw quite a few there. They were all recent to, like this month mostly. I would still look into it and maybe update it anyway. I don't know when the last time it was updated.

I've tried that 5 times nothing. I'm not waiting over 2 hours to be disconnected again. Microsoft needs to check the app itself. I'm not the only one having this problem. My connection is great! It's not on my end.

Physically Power Cycling your Xbox One console, once the console is powered on give it another try. If the issue persists try Uninstalling the application, doing another power cycle then Reinstall the app and try again.
