Movies stuttering in Movies & TV app on Xbox One

My Movies & TV app on my Xbox stutters throughout the movie, probably every 15-30 secs. Not a big stutter, but enough to notice. I’ve adjusted all settings on TV and Xbox possible to see what could be causing this and nothing seems to help. Another annoying
thing about this is that it just started happening on the last movie I downloaded, but now I notice that it does it on all movies I’ve purchased and downloaded, so this leads me to believe that its an issue with the console. Has anyone had this issue?

I just watched a movie tonight on Movies & TV app and the stuttering is gone! i'm on the latest beta program. So happy, hopefully it continues this way.

Thanks Leo G! It was the reinstalling that did the trick. I didn’t know I could reinstall that one. I appreciate it!

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your movies are constantly stuttering every now and then when you are watching them. We recommend

power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, you can try

uninstalling the Movies & TV application and downloading it back. You will need to do a search for the application in the store after you uninstall it. Be sure to let us know the results!
