Windows 10 doesn't actually support Windows Media Center so it's not possible to do this on Windows 10 and stream the content to Xbox 360. However, you can use the "Play To" feature of Windows 10 to stream to the console. You can use this guide

Hi there, no external hard drive as the 360 only accepts two USB's of 32gb each and that's it fort external storage, I didn't think it was possible to watch movies from the USB though.

The closest thing you can do is use the 360 as a media extender and you can play your movies and music through the Xbox that way. More information here:

If you are talking of movies you have purchased from the Films & TV app, then you do not need to do anything, as the Xbox 360 and Windows 10 have their own Films & TV app, just log in on the device you want to watch those movies, and then launch the app.

If you have movies that you have purchased elsewhere and using the app to watch them. You only need to turn on the play to option on the xbox 360, then when you start the app on Windows 10, start a movie, then in the bottom corner of the film there will
three dots. Select it, and choose cast to device. The Xbox 360 should show up. select it, and it should play on your console.
