I have windows 8. I purchased the movie. I have streamed this movie. Why can I not download it to my pc which has windows8?

changing language or region

We are an English family leaving in Italy. We would like to watch movies in english and also play games in english. As it stand I wll never dowload a movie until they allow such a change.

Including game and movie download on release

Purchased july 20th 2016

Movie digital release september 27th

I have still not received a key to redeem and dowload the new Ghostbusters movie which was included in the bundle purchased from the xbox store on the above date. I was wondering if anyone else had received their codes or is this a common error?

Hey there! You are only able to stream videos on PC and Xbox One. If you would like to download your item, you would be able to on Xbox 360.

I just dowloaded Zune to test it on my PC and again, no sound. So I guess it's the movie. How do I get a refund?

Yes he left the Disc in the drive. I told him to try putting a movie on to see if he can play a movie on it. He was able to dowload from the Disc though overnight 2 different times. It just tells him he hasto purchase it once he's downloaded it. If the drive didn't work, wouldn't it not recognize a Disc being there when he first tried to download?

the dowload will stop at 80%. with the message can't dowload kotor2. My console is a xbox360

I have 10GB free memory space, and game's weight is 7.5 gb. other games and movies are easily dowloading on my console, but they don't have so much weight =\ i formated my internal storage drive (basic flash drive on 4gb) and clean all history of my actions
on console, but issue remain here =\
