movies app

The narrator option is only available for Xbox one not Xbox 360. If your watching a movie via the movie app check the movie and app settings.

Go to your settings

Select disc and bluray

select bluray

select your persistent storage and clear it 3 times

Go back to Settings

Select power and start up

select turn off or restart

restart now

try watching previews again

Just about every app or so has a companion app to go with it... even the movies you can rent from MS movies sometimes have a companion app that allows you to follow the movie a little bit better

I can play movies I have bought pre preview update. Went to the Store, and downloading the movies & TV . I guess this is a different app than the app movies and TV?
