    My purchased movies will not load Ive tried all that it tells me to do including deleting and re-inputing my own account...(not sure what that would do anyways but did it like a sheep)

    Years ago you could log in online to watch movies you purchased. Now with movies anywhere that’s seems to be a solution but it’s also a problem. Why can’t I watch my purchases?

    Digital movies purchased form the Microsoft store are only streamed to your console, there is no download option so you require a connection to view them.

    On a Windows 10 PC you can use the Movies and TV app to download them for offline viewing.

    For the moment the download option is not available for xbox one movies. Only streaming is available

    There is something that you can use to provide the developers and engineers that work on the system with future ideas you deem would be able to enhance your experiencing on Xbox.

    This is referred to as the
    Xbox Idea Hub     and its something Xbox Insiders are familiar when provide feedback on new features.

    If the idea already exits you can provide an "Upvote" to attract more attention to this idea. If not you can create your own and rally others to your cause.
