    When I try to buy a movie a Important reminder comes up and says "This xbox one can't play purchased movies or TV shows. If you buy something, you'll use real money and you won't be able to play what you buy.". Please help

    Movie and tv app

    Hi Iwas wondering if anyone else is having issues with Movie and TV app?....I rented a movie earlier today and it will let me watch the trailer,but not the movie itself.It keeps giving me an error code 0xc101a3ff...but when I do a search for error codes
    in the support section it tells me there is no such code,before anyone asks yes i tried O instead of 0 and it still isnt showing up. Would appreciate any help with this,oh and I also updated the app and still no go. Thank you

    Movies and TV App

    I purchased Episode 16 of Season 6 of South Park but when I play it, it plays Episode 17 instead. The app shows that I own Episode 16 and that I do not own Episode 17.

    I've already spoken to Xbpx Support and after a few unsuccessful attempts I was given a link to this forum to see if the problem might be resolved.

    Movies and tv app broken, was watching a show then "update" just happened and now get an error code that's not even on you site despite the error code telling me a solution can be reached it I only went to errorhelp.

    Log that error code is 0x87e107dc. This seems to happen a lot where I can't watch a show or movie that I purchased, go back to the ability to download the shows or never again am I buying anything from your "store". Seems I'll never be able to use what
    I buy.

    What mine says is that my TV is not supported because it doesn't have copyright materials... Kinda annoying.

    Update Preview Forums for further assistance.

    I can play movies I have bought pre preview update. Went to the Store, and downloading the movies & TV . I guess this is a different app than the app movies and TV?

    Thank you for taking the time to post on the forums today. I'd be happy to help.

    I don't recall the TV app being taken away from the Xbox 360. Can you not find it from the TV and Movies section on the dashboard where it says get Your TV App?

    1. Any movie you purchase or is available through the app.
    2. No you only need the Microsoft account and the app.
    3. You will be able to watch what is currently running on the Movies & TV app.
