Movies and TV app will not play movies

I can play movies I have bought pre preview update. Went to the Store, and downloading the movies & TV . I guess this is a different app than the app movies and TV?

this is one of the Core problems with xbox and why more and more people are leaving and going to PC. Xbox you had to habe known this movie would be releasing and still was not prepared

for the onslaught of people wanting to stream it, i cant even download a movie I purchased?? Come on guys did no one in your office have the idea to make sure everything was up and running smoothly for the digital release of the highest grossing movie of
all time??? Please fix this issue

Same here. And why doesn't the preorder have all the same extras that are on the new in store movie?

hi i forgot i pre ordered avengers end game it was so long ago lol . but i have had problems was wanting to watch a film last night called "us" sad to say i think i may have rented it more than once which is remarkable considering i have only yet seen the
trailer, it will not play the film or any of my films i went on the official help went through all 4 stages checked internet done 100% it said so thats not the problem , installed the app reinstalled it cleared cache still not working the error code is 0x800c000b..which
i also checked and thats a your end problem so was wondering how much have i just spent trying to rent a film i can not watch i remember clicking it a few times does that mean i will be charged tripple ? also if anyone has figured out what im on about or fixed
