Movies and TV app and Starz app wont download/install

Back around november/december, my xbox took a service update. since that day the movies and tv app would try to update as well but it would never download, didnt bother me at the time because the app still function. Well after getting annoyed by the constant
notifications that it couldnt download i deleted the app and tried to reinstall it. Now it wont download at all. gets suck @67.23 kb. Same is occuring with the Starz app. Other applications and games download and install without any issue.

Steps ive taken to resolve:

Factory reset xbox,

Verified via both wired and wifi connections (not a service provider issue)

Reinstalled all apps and games with no problem (except for those two)

Xbox is up to date

Have checked out this site and chatted with customer support who basically just reread the support topics to me. Getting quite frustrated now so any new advice would be helpful. At this point it almost seems like the apps are corrupted within my account
preventing them from downloading. Thanks for any input

Microsoft doesn't suggest you use the Microsoft explorer to stream off back ally sites. Microsoft software a lot of time isn't compatible for streaming off these sites. It is known for low video quality and harmful data being streamed from an unsupported
site. You will experience ill performance because its an app your using for a browser not a search engine like your phone. Microsoft provides many streaming options, buying and renting movies from your movies n tv app. Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, Starz app, HBO
app, FX app, etc. Streaming website movies you would do at your own risk and would have to contact the support of the site itself.

 

Movie and tv app

Hi Iwas wondering if anyone else is having issues with Movie and TV app?....I rented a movie earlier today and it will let me watch the trailer,but not the movie itself.It keeps giving me an error code 0xc101a3ff...but when I do a search for error codes
in the support section it tells me there is no such code,before anyone asks yes i tried O instead of 0 and it still isnt showing up. Would appreciate any help with this,oh and I also updated the app and still no go. Thank you

Have you tried to see if you are able to download those two apps when signed into a different profile? Are you downloading the apps to your internal hard drive or are you using an external hard drive?
