    Movies and TV, and Grove Error 80080300 on Xbox One


    I am having an issue with both Movies & TV and Grove on my Xbox One. The error code is 80080300 which when searched for says it does not exist. I can use these services on my Windows 10 computer so I know that my account is valid. I have done the basic troubleshooting
    of removing the apps and reinstalling them and deleting my Xbox Profile and recreating that. If I go to Account>Devices for my account on my laptop, I see my Xbox under devices. But if I go to Devices>Movie or Music Pass, I don't see Xbox in either of these.
    Another person told me that since I don't "Download" to the Xbox that it would not appear in that listing, but clearly something is not right. Can someone please let me know if Xbox needs to be under the Music Devices or not and if it is necessary how do I
    get it there. I currently have 3 devices under Movies and TV and 2 Devices under Music Pass , so I don't think I am at my limit.

    HELP!!!

    Yes, music and music videos were discontinued after Xbox one parted ways from the Grove subscription. The Xbox only has movies & TV as entertainment app and apps such as Spotify and pandora for music.

    Hey there Rex!

    Go ahead and try the following steps:

    a) Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.

    b) In the ‘Run’ window type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.

    c) On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option,
    and then click ‘OK’.

    d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’.

    Hopefully that helps and makes it so you can open up the Xbox app.

    Unable to purchase movies or television shows

    I am in Brazil and I am having the same problem, I can not buy or rent movies and TV shows on Xbox one. I did this in Windows 10 and it worked okay, but I want to watch the movies by xbox, because of the larger TV.

    When I try to buy a movie, the error 0x80004003 is showed. And if I try to get into my library to see movies purchased/leased by the computer's browser, the same error appears. That is, the error is both to buy and to watch.

    If anyone can help, I'm grateful.
