Movie

I recently bought transformers dark side of the moon HD smart glass version,about 30% through the movie there's a loud static noise that makes the movie unwatchable till about 60% then it works fine.all my other movies I bought work fine.i have tried redownloading
it,streaming it and clearing cache nothing fixes the playback.all audio connects are find and all other movies and tv shows play with no audio problems.is there any fix to this? Or did I just lose 17 dollars?

I have a very simple issue that should have a very simple solution. I purchased a movie on my xbox, downloaded it to my flash drive as my xbox HDD is full. So i just need to know how to put the movie onto my computer for safe keeping and i want to watch
it on my computer when ever i want as i did fully purchase this movie and should be able to put it on my computer.

We looked at a movie and the movie stop and then this code come up 0xc101ab66, but there is no solution on that code so what can we do ????

 

Sorry to hear it. Have you tried playing the movie on any other device to ensure that it does this on them as well? How about stopping and then re-starting it again when the noise happens?

If it does, you should contact phone support to see about getting a refund for this movie as what you describe does make it unwatchable.
