    hi, i just rented ghost story (an old 1980s horror movie) on xbox live in standard definition and it wont start, the status code given is c00df243 what can i do?

    purchased movie wont play.

    I purchased the movie 'Frozen' but it will only play a preview. Where is the movie I purchased?

    Did you purchase the rental from a different device though? If so then that would be the issue as rentals are only good for the device the purchase was made on. If not the case here though, you might want to

    Uninstall and reinstall same error but only on movies i can watch my tv shows and trailers for movie but movie wont play ... Connection is good
