Movie&TV problems after update (July 2018)

Hi, we have a problem with rent a movie in Microsoft store.

Everyone we select a movie out oft the library and want to rent it we can't see any information about the movie. Even the buttons to rent or buy it aren't visible.

It's all black. We only have this problem with movies, not with games ect.

We called the support and he told us to default the settings, it worked for some hours but after that the problem is back.

Someone an idea for a long lasting solution?

validation not recieved

movie rental (The Mummy) on1/1/2018 did not receive credit for my missions called (calling all movie and tv buffs.

Check to make sure your apps are up to date in My Games & Apps or in the Windows 10 store. Might also want to check if there is a system update in Settings > System > Updates ( Updating Your Xbox One Console ) .

Many times if you encounter issues like that a full power cycle can clear some problems up as well: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

I believe if you link your Microsoft account to a Movies Anywhere account you can download and watch films offline.

this problem starts after July system update i hope they will fix this problem with a patch update.

If you are talking about listening to music on spotify while playing a game I know for sure you can do that because last night I was on wolf among us Listening to music on spotify. all you need to do to solve the problem of changing songs and have to back
out of you game. Do what I do just make you a long playlist of your favorite songs and when its something on that playlist you don't want to listen to all you got to do is press skip.
