Movie renting problem

    Movie renting problem


    I just rented a movie and tried to play it but nothing .. won't play and there's an error code. Tried to find the error code on the website but nothing. Any advice??

    my name is Dario and i have a problem with download movies with "movies & tv microsoft".

    I renting the movie (and pay regulary), but don't start the download and look "impossible to obtain the license for playback, try again.."

    i try many time but the problem sty...

    i try to renting an other movies but the problem remains...

    i try to cancel cache of system and restart the console but problem remains...

    can you help me?

    Was your account recently promoted to an Adult account? You might need to double check your settings on the account to ensure that this is enabled for you. You can do that

    Movie rent problem

    Hey there Guzman ws34.

    For rentals you have 14-days to watch the movie, once the movie is started you have 24 hours to watch the movie as many times as you want. Thanks for your understanding and if you have any other Xbox support questions please let us know.

    No option to buy content in Movies and TV

    im having the same problem! its not letting me rent or buy movies. i select it and it says "renting" but then reverts back to "rent $5.99" all i want to do is watch movies :c

    If your using Xbox movie app:

    Note Unlike a movie that you buy, you must view a movie that you rent on the device you rented it for (for example, the Xbox 360 console, a computer, or a Windows Phone)

    However I know Microsoft allowes you watch rented movies via a app called Movie Anywhere. If you purchase a movie on your account and if was produce by a movie studio they team up with>>>you can watch your rented movies there. I used this app in the past
