    Last Tuesday I rented new mutants however in my purchase screen it showed no way of playing the movie. It said it had an expiration date of dec1 for about an hour before it showed it expired. I looked in the reviews of the movie to see if I was the only
    point this happened to and it turned out alot of people had the same issue. I tried to contact Microsoft to get a refund and all they did was call back on a random day and time then close the case telling me to see my terms of service. I'd call them and
    wait on hold but that isn't allowed. So basically I received no service for the money taken out of my bank account. I just wanted to rent the movie.

    According to the sales from that site, that movie was not eligible for the promotion. The movie was part of a rental sale, but rentals are not part of the promotion. aka.ms/gamerflicks
