    not the only one who has this problem. I am out of alot of money. Rented movies never saw them. One movie will go through but all rentals after that are not playing. Out of money. Who pays me back. Have 6/7 movies i haven't gotten in last two weeks. Took
    forever to even find whete to get help.

    Sorry for your issue. If you rent a movie you could watch it within 14 days when you made the rental and within 24 hours after starting a movie. After that time you won´t have access to them anymore without renting them again or buying them. If you are within
    the time window you should try to contact the support team for any help.

    Also you could try a power cycle. That could fix issues with the license. To do that press the power button on your console until it shuts down. After that unplug the power cord for at least one minute and plug it back in. Then restart your console and try
    to start your movie.
