Movie purchased from the Online Store not playing

I just purchased The Negotiator this morning but the movie will not play back on my xbox one or on windows 10. I can watch any of my other movies in my library just fine but this one movie will not play. It starts and freezes during the opening logo. Then
an error asking me to check my connection. I have restarted both my modem and my router, deleted the Music and TV app and restarted my console. I deleted and added my profile back to the system. None of these actions helped as I still can not play back this
movie.

Purchased movies from xbox store..why cant i download for offline use

I have purchased movies from the xbox store...why cant i download the movies i purchased to my HDD for offline viewing so i dont have to pay for the data i use from the cable company everytime i watch a movie i have already purchased thru the xbox store?
It gives you options to RENT or PURCHASE...basicly i steam the movie every time i watch...which costs more money for the data to steam the movie i own...

I purchased the movies 'fences' last week but it is not showing up

I purchased fences last week, the movie, and it is not showing up on my statement nor did I get credited for it. I purchased it from the movie store via my xbox one. After checking my statement for the current month and the previous 3 months i does not
show up that I purchased it.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you able to download or play the movie directly from its store page within the Xbox Store? Additionally, is there an error you receive when you attempt to download or play the movie? If the movie's page prompts you to purchase
the movie, try looking for the specific bundle you purchased to see if it lets you download through there.

If you continue to hit issues with playing the specific movie you purchased, you may want to check in with

Microsoft Movies & TV support for further assistance.

Sorry to hear. Are you able to purchase from the Store app's Movies & TV section? We have released a newer version of the Movies & TV UWA app (that you can install from the Store - featured in Apps), that's the latest app that supports playback, etc. And
you should be able to purchase from the Movies & TV Store experience.

All of your purchased movies and TV shows are stored online and synced across the devices you use with your Microsoft account. To watch the movies that you purchased from your Surface device to Xbox One, make sure that you are logged in using the same Microsoft
account. Then, you may go to the Movies & TV app on your Xbox One to watch the movies or TV shows that you purchased.
