Movie Preview Failures

Dear Microsoft,

If anyone from Microsoft is reading this i’d love for you to share any details you can regarding the network infrastructure that supports your online media store - specifically the architecture that provides your TV and Movie content.
I ask because its very difficult for me to believe you’re this bad at it..... it must be me, not you. Every other content provider known to man works fine on my internet, I have no issues watching a preview for a movie or TV series. None. 0 issues among every single major streaming service.
I’ve owned 6 different Xboxes over the past 17 yrs, lived in 5 different major cities with nearly a dozen different high speed internet providers - everything from DSL or Broadband to dedicated fiber. I’ve replaced every single piece of technology in my house at least twice during the same time frame and not once have I ever been able to watch a complete movie preview.... not one single time in 17 yrs. The typical result is a frozen screen within the first 10 seconds, if it plays at all.
How is it possible one of the most poweful companies in the world is this god-awful at this? I mean I understand you dont give a damn about your customers but how does something so simple elude you for so long? Even if you put the issues as the very last priority shouldn’t you at least be able to keep pace with the free streaming services out there? It would be great if you could share this with Bill, or any of the executives when you have a moment. There’s no possible way they could be aware of this 2 decade old issue... because if they were it wouldve been fixed by now. If Bill G is a little hard up these days let him know he can borrow my Xbox X, that I really regret purchasing, anytime! Have him drop me a note whenever is convenient!
