Movie paid for, but does not allow play because it says it has already expired.

The movie I just paid for today Sept 17 on my xbox 360 in Microsoft Movies will not play-- the app says the movie has already expired on the same day Sept 17. There is nothing wrong with the date setting of the Xbox 360. How do I get my movie to play?

Unable to Watch XBOX Video Rental via Windows 8.1 RT- Expired

I'm running windows 8.1 on a surface RT. When I try to rent a movie via download using Microsoft points the rental I'm unable to download the movie because it says expired. This happens right away, I'm not waiting to download the movie. I'm trying to
download the movie right after I purchase the rental and it won't allow me to do so because it says expired.

Please help.

Error code 803c 0008

I am getting this same code. Difference is a rented a movie and it will not let me watch it. It has only been a few minutes and it says it is expired already.

Sorry to hear that happened. Please give phone support a call and they should either be able to fix it for you or issue you a refund on the purchase.

Thank you. Apparently the movie was at its expiration date but had not been removed. Support took about 10 minutes to credit back to my card.

If this happens in the future try restoring your purchases first. My Videos > Account Management > Purchased Movies > Press X

i cant cancel and reorder as the preorder bonuses have expired,

it allows me to preorder without the added bonuses(which expired) and that went through and send paid - so i refunded it.#

i presume it allowed me to do that because they are different packages or something.

it says on my purchase history fifa 23 and then pending
