Movie marathon rewards

Can anyone help

With one of the movie marathon rewards, I’ve gotten some movies worth about £10 and it’s been 3 days and it’s not showed up yet on the thing

I've not had the "Movie Marathon" mission update as having been completed. Seeing that it's the last day.

I purchased 'Blade Runner 2049 + Bonus' on December 27, 2017 for $19.99.

I also purchased 'Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets + Bonus' on December 28, 2017 for $14.99.

I'm just making sure that the reward is being counted as completed.

When you get the chance. Thank you for taking the time in checking this out for me.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards?

Your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

We see that the Credits for this offer are now pending in your account.

 

Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases. So if it's been 3 days it hasn't been enough time for anything to show up.

 

yeah gotten 2 movies 1 on the 2nd and the other on the 3rd
