    I purchased 5 movies and rented 1 movie on Feb. 27 for a total of $25.94 and have not seen the 3,000 reward points or 5 My VIP gems pending yet. Is there any way to confirm that I will receive the reward?

    Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases. So if it's been 3 days it hasn't been enough time for anything to show up.
