    I Just hooked up our XBox to be able to download movies last night. I attempted to purchase a movie and to download one. Still not sure if the movie we purchased will work the whole way through but it did turn on and start playing. The movie I rented we
    selected download. I got a download error and when trying to check what was going on I accidentally selected delete. The rental was $14.99 and never even downloaded. How do I contact a customer service rep or get a fee reversal or start download again and
    actually get the movie?

    Hmm, OK the weird thing is that code generally means the rental window has expired. But if it was just rented on what- Friday? And You haven't been able to start the movie at all yet, it doesn't sound like it should be expired. Please redownload the profile
    and give it another shot.

    If it's still not behaving itself, can you let us know what movie it is? We'll do a bit more poking around!

    How long ago did you rent the movie?
