    I purchased the combo pack of the Resident Evil series, it was buy 'Resident Evil: Biohazard', and get the final movie in the series, 'Resident Evil: The Final Chapter'. I was to receive a code within 10-14 days to download the movie, but to this day i have
    not received a code.

    2 codes did not work for me, they were:
    K7TDXJ - Larry The Barista, and
    UP7HJQ - Mrs. Scratchen-Post
    Please tell me if these characters are discontinued, or if there are a different code, or what?
    What did I do wrong. I triple checked, and checked again. ugh... idk...

    you can purchase movies via the Microsoft store, or subscribe to many streaming services or other ways to buy movies. If you purchase a movie on desk, often times it will come with a digital code you can use to watch your movies on your Xbox.
