    Where can I find the movie bonuses on the Xbox movie app? I preordered Avengers infinity war and it showed that it downloaded the bonuses, but I can’t find them on the movie and tv app for Xbox one.

    Purchased Movie plus bonus but no bonus.

    Hello,

    I purchased a movie on the xbox store The kingsman plus bonus content. But it only gave me the movie and none of the bonus content. Who do I need to contact to get this issue worked out?

    I am getting mine from Gamestop and it comes with a Batman movie I already have, Carnival challenge bonus. Im a powerup rewards member so I probably get the animated batman skin also. I dont know if everyone gets the movie? So if so itrs not a bonus but
    still an extra.

    Are you buying the xbox one? If so then the only thing that you will be able to use from you 360 will be your gamertag and movie purchases. Things like games, map packs, preorder bonuses will not be accessable on the xbox one
