    Movie and TV in another Region?


    Hi all, I'm American and live in Japan. We've been here about two years and never had any problems. Now when I try to rent a movie or purchase one it says that I must change my region in order to do so. After changing my region "Leaving all language options
    English" only changing my region to Japan all movies I rent or buy come in Japanese. Could anyone help me with a solution?

    You can use the same application that is moviebox pro techbigs, suitable for all regions, there are many languages to choose from.

    Hi!

    It can be caused by the region settings on the console or by an app error. Try to reinstall "Movies&TV App" and launch the movie again.

    Hi James,

    There are no region locks on games or accessories. The only region lock on an Xbox One is for Blu-ray movies.

    As for the TV, you shouldn't have any issues at all with the games.

    Yes, you can use any Netflix account on any supported region, however the catalog of movies/tv shows will be limited to the region you are using it, in this case to the American catalog.

    Is your gamertag's region set to Canada or another country? If it is then perhaps the movie just is not available where you are.
