Move Xbox account to new email

The only thing you can do is set up a new email for your son.

OR

If this is a outlook email, it will be associated now with an xbox account and you would have to move that to another email.

Best solution create a new account and then move your alias to that. There is not way to merge accounts.

Unfortunately you cannot unlink accounts - what is recommended here is to make a third "dummy" account, and use it to move your profile as follows:

"Old" Email

"New" Email

"Dummy" Email.

Move your gamertag from "New" Email to "Dummy" Email. Then move your gamertag from "Old" Email to "New" Email. At this point you can then just trash Dummy email, and your new email will have your old gamertag

To move an account to an email you want it on, you can create a new email, then send the account (using your xbox) to set email, then send your wanted profile to the email you have on your phone, (be warnd tho, if you created/recently moved account to the
email on your phone you will have to wait 30days)

Hi this is not helpful at all. I have recieved this auto response too many times to be able to believe it is anything but automative. it doesn't matter who i am able to speak to, it does not get resolved, been trying for a good 12 months now.
