move games and achievements to child account

No, unfortunately you can't move achievements to other accounts. The child accounts have to play the games if they also want the achievements.

Unfortunately there is not way to move games or achievements from one account to another. These things are tied to each individual account and cannot be transferred or replaced with another account. You can only share game licenses with other accounts on
the same Xbox through the
Home console feature and this would be the only way the child account could play the games on the parent account.

You may want to try creating an alternate parent account and create a new family group with that new account and then invite the adult account your son uses and select it as a child account to the family group when it asks and I believe you may be able to
have better control of that adult account your child uses.

While content (games and most DLC) can be shared via the home console feature you cannot transfer things like saved games from one account to another.

You're son will essentially be starting over on a new account and will have to start over on games and achievements.

What a pity that this is not possible. You probably understand that it will be war in our house if he has to start all over again. I hope that within the very useful family function something can be found on this in the future. I'm going to threaten that

Unfortunately it is not possible at this time to merge accounts in that way. He is still able to access downloaded games through home xbox settings using his GT but not game progresses or achievements saved on yours.
