You should be able to install FM7 on your new system....open the Xbox App and go to "My Library"...FM7 should be listed there..click it and the resulting page should give an Install button

The data transfer cable is made to move files from one hard drive to another. It's not made to work with a PC.

If your new drive is set to NTFS and is working correctly in Windows 10/11, it is quite simple to move the game to a different drive!

Follow these steps:

1. Press the Windows + I to open the Settings app.

2. Afterwards, click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Find the game/app that you want to move.

3.1 On Windows 10, select the app title from the list.

3.2 On Windows 11, click the three vertical dots on the right side.

4. Click on the Move button.

5. Select the new drive from the dropdown menu.

6. Click on the Move button again.

first do not bump old threads second you should only move data from one 360 or One to another either via a flash drive or an external hard drive. you should NEVER put files from a 360 or a One onto a PC or Laptop as the console's use their own file system
and by putting them on non console it can seriously mess up the data.

I understand moving them from one drive to another wouldn't be possible, but you're saying even if it's the same exact drive it isn't? I don't understand why not if it's installed on the drive and connected to my PC and installed through the same account it should be able to recognize it. It's not like I'm moving the files from one drive to another, or trying to play it without the Xbox app. If so that's really not user friendly, blows my mind with how bad the Xbox PC app is compared to something like steam. They really don't care it seems.
