Move Device to family member

The Terms of Service say that you can't give away or share a Microsoft account. They will have to create their own account.

While you can transfer the console to another user, the
Microsoft Services Agreement specifically prohibits the transfer of Microsoft accounts to others.

Unfortunately, I do not believe what you are trying to do is possible.

The only way for the family member to take over your Microsoft account / Gamertag / Xbox profile

would be for you just to give him your Microsoft Email and password to the account which we do not recommend as it would violate the
Microsoft Services Agreement.

The email that created the account will always be associated with the account.

You can change the email address that you use to sign into the Microsoft account and make the new one the primary.

Once you've done that, you can remove the previous (original) email from the account.

Felixx, can you please clarify this statement against the Microsoft Services Agreement, specifically this passage (3F):

"3. SCOPE OF LICENSE. The application is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the application. If Microsoft disables the ability to use the applications on your devices pursuant to your agreement
with Microsoft, any associated license rights will terminate. The application publisher reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the application only as expressly permitted in this agreement.
In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the application that only allow you to use it in certain ways. You may not:

• a. Work around any technical limitations in the application.
• b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, despite this limitation.
• c. Make more copies of the application than specified in this agreement or allowed by applicable law, despite this limitation.
• d. Publish or otherwise make the application available for others to copy.
• e. Rent, lease, or lend the application.
• f. Transfer the application or this agreement to any third party."
