Move addons to another drive in xbox app on PC

Hi, anyone know if it's possible to move the addons to another drive in xbox app on PC?

There seems to be NO option to move addon to another drive either separately, or together with the main games even though main game move is very easy using the "manage/files/move" option.

Two examples: Outriders with Worldslayer addon and MSFS 2020.

For Outriders Worldslayer addon, it does have a separate installation package as it's paid upgrade. However, once upgrade was done, there is no option to manage it separately. And when using the move option to move the outriders game, only the main game was moved over, there are still worldslayer package and config left behind on the original drive.

for MSFS 2020, the digital ownership addon is a bundle. so just no way to manage it at all.

Don't worry we will work on this together. There'll be no option or way to move the addons because they'll be needing to be installed to the main storage of your device. Thanks!

I understand moving them from one drive to another wouldn't be possible, but you're saying even if it's the same exact drive it isn't? I don't understand why not if it's installed on the drive and connected to my PC and installed through the same account it should be able to recognize it. It's not like I'm moving the files from one drive to another, or trying to play it without the Xbox app. If so that's really not user friendly, blows my mind with how bad the Xbox PC app is compared to something like steam. They really don't care it seems.

Do you have another drive on your PC that could move the game to it? You can move the game in Windows Key + i>apps>select the game and click move

Try moving the games to a different drive

To do this, head to Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Click an app and click the “Move” button. You'll be prompted to select another drive, and you can then click “Move” to move the app to that drive. If you see a “Modify” button instead of a move button, you've selected a traditional desktop app.
