    Please help! I have a profile on xbox 360 and xbox live; I have my son's profile connected to mine. I bought a game (Castle Crasher) because I wanted to give him as a gift for his birthday. I bought it online on my xbox profile. Unfortunately it didn't give
    me the chance to choose the profile where to install it and it installed it on my profile and not on my son's profile.

    Is there any chance to move this game from my profile to his profile?

    The game data should be there once you log-in and download the games.

    Unfortunately, the hard drive of the Xbox One is
    not meant to be removable    , so the data inside is not transferrable.

    The support forum is not going to be able to assist you outside of what is suggested by the official support documentation, since you have disassembled your Xbox and everything.

    The best way to backup game saves is to connect the Xbox to the internet so the saves will be safely stored in the cloud, which helps avoid situations like this. You may already have game saves on the cloud if you've at least periodically connected your
    old Xbox One to the internet, but they'd only be as recent as the last time you've connected.
