Mouse sensitivity

After the latest system update when playing any game that supports keyboard and mouse the mouses sensitivity is super high. I've restarted, tried different mouses, and factory reset. Every game is affected and it makes it impossible to play. I've gone into settings and turned the sensitivity all the way down but there is no change. In the individual games when adjusting sensitivity I can turn it down to 1 and it's almost playable but still awful. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! ( I've also plugged the mouses into a PC and turned down the dpi, still no change)

If it is a special gaming mouse with configurable DPI sensitivity or refresh rate, try to set the sensitivity to the lowest setting, either through a PC application for the mouse, or if the mouse has a switch use that.

Do you have another mouse you could try to use? The more basic the mouse is, the better.

This has been an issue for me too since the last update. It seems a bug may have made the mouse acceleration super high and reducing the sensitivity doesn't help as well. All I can suggest is that you report the issue to the insiders so they can address it in the coming updates. You can leave a feedback here feedback.xbox.com

I posted the problem to the link that you gave. I hope this gets corrected quickly, especially with halo infinite coming soon mouse support is so important to many of us!

Anyone have this issue since the latest update as it's adding in key bind options for keyboard and mouse mapping should reduce the mouse pointer sensitivity in devices menu tab as mines was set to default at high or max sensitivity.
