    Mouse does not work on Microsoft Edge


    I've a problem about the mouse connect to Xbox One S. When i play Metro Exodus mouse is working without problem. But when i open Microsoft Edge mouse does not work. I can not understand if mouse works on Metro Exodus Why does not work on Microsoft Edge?

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to use a mouse on the Microsoft Edge app on the Xbox console.

    As stated in the article that covers
    mouse and keyboard support on Xbox One    , A mouse will not work in Microsoft Edge, which already has an on-screen cursor."

    Mouse support will only work in ceratin games and apps that provide this feature.

    I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

    Yes, ı tried this so much. I also tried plug in different slots too

    I have a similar issue, as my light speed Logitech mouse does not work the the series X, wired or wireless.
