mouse cursor not working and I don't know how to fix it

The same problem here using PS5 Dualsense, the mouse cursor appeared on the left side of the screen and I can't play the game anymore, the controller doesn't work.

I tried to contact Xbox Support, but they don't know how to help.

I've played with Dualsense for a week without any problem.

Probably we will have to wait for the Mouse / Keyboard support on Cloud Gaming or try to create a new Xbox account.

That doesn't work. An easy way to test if you have mouse acceleration:

Place your mouse all the way on the right side of your mouse pad, and the cursor on the right side of your screen. Move the mouse very slowly to the left, and when your cursor hits the left side of the screen, put your left index finger on the mouse pad. Now do the same movement fast, and see where your mouse is, when the cursor makes it to the left side of your screen.

im on pc

my mouse cursor doesn't work to navigate in any menu, i have to use my arrow keys on my keyboard to get to a item or option in menus, but to select something in a menu i still have to use the left and right clip on the mouse

in game, out of menus the mouse works fine for movement and interacting with things

i didn't know if this was a glitch or a setting i need to enable to use my mouse cursor in menu or if this is just the intended way to operate in menus, but that doesnt seem right to me cause it feels very clunky

i figured out if i hold down ctrl and escape the cursor will show up and will register in menu but as soon as i click it disappears again

The fix didn't work here either, even if it did I think the constant mouse cursor and top menu bar while playing could get irritating. Another thread suggested we should get a proper MS fix "soon"

As I was going through the web searching for a full list of keyboard + mouse supported games, now I don't remember if I received this information off reddit or on the xbox site, but it mentioned they don't have mouse support on the Microsoft Edge app because
there is already an onscreen cursor. That right there is a weird reason for not implementing the use of a mouse to move use said cursor. 🤔 I do hope they add mouse support on a web app, it'd be more convenient to the user I would think.
