Mouse and keyboard not working on BF5

Hi guys, i have spoken to support and have tried many keyboards , i am using a wired logitec mouse and a mech alien ware key board, i have tried two other wireless mice and 2 other keyboards. on the main menu of xbox i can tab and arrow arround, when in
game , i can do nothing with the key board or mourse, i have reset my console and also removed myself from the insider app to see if that helped.

from everything i have read , it should just be plug and play, can anyone help me?

The BF5 doesnt have support to mouse and keyboard in console. So is logic that they wont work.

Well seeing that mouse and keyboard is typically considered cheating when used on console it's not exactly just available on every game really so mouse and keyboard is usually done using a 3rd party device but it is not recommended as it could result in
suspension in some games if caught

Any USB mouse and keyboard will work. Remember not all games support mouse and keyboard.

I start up fortnite then plug in my keyboard and mouse and only my keyboard works how do i fix this ?

What model of keyboard and mouse are you using?. There is of course a work in progress for both, I highly suggest using a wired Keyboard and mouse only at this current moment on fortnite.

Both are wired but mouse wont work on any game is my mouse broke???
