Mouse and Keyboard Connection

Hi why can Xbox not connect a wired mouse and keyboard PlayStation can and this gets really frustrating as it is not that difficult to do (if PlayStation can do it) all I want to do is to be able to use it and not have to go out and by a ridiculously expensive
adaptor for my computer.

keyboard for messaging

LOS Reaper's trick doesn't work with my Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse. Gutted. I NEED a wireless mouse & keyboard connection. IE via the controller is a nasty experience.

DOUBT!

The Xbox can't be controlled by keyboard and mouse through the Stream mode at all. While it's possible in the Minecraft Bedrock Edition to use Keyboard and mouse, all other games don't accept keyboard and mouse input at all.

You might have to try Minecraft, if you can control it via Keyboard and mouse while streaming to your PC.

This feature has already been announced, as others have said. Hopefully it will be available to everyone very soon. But as always it will need time to test and make sure that the feature meets expectations, and is functioning as it is supposed to. A little

As others have mentioned it has been announced. However it will only be available in games if developers choose to support it.it won't automatically work for any game.

Insiders should be testing it in the coming weeks so I would expect it make it in time for the Fall update for the general public. Warframe was announced as the first title to officially support them.

You need to have Keyboard and mouse connected directly to the xbox for this. Currently there is no way to play through the xbox one app on windows using Keyboard and mouse connected to the PC.

As long as they keyboard/mouse connects by USB, it will work.

Please keep in mind that only a select few games currently have keyboard/mouse support.

Yes... I have the same.

Mouse freeze, keyboard still working, but if I disconnect the mouse, keyboard and controller from USB and try to connect again, not works.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You can connect the keyboard and mouse to the console. As to what is able to be done is limited as it is still new. A keyboard will work with Edge, a mouse will not as there is a built in cursor already
on Edge. Here is a

I bought a Akko keyboard and a razor mouse. The keyboard connects to my Xbox but doesn’t work but my mouse works fine.
