    DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.15.1 into the address bar (Or click the link). Enter motorola or CLEAR123 for the password.
    3. Click on the Port Forwarding tab at the top of screen.
    4. Select the Basic tab located on the left, enter the desired IP Address in the provided field "DMZ IP Address".
    5. Click Apply.
    Disabling DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.15.1 into the address bar (Or click the link). Enter motorola or CLEAR123 for the password.
    3. Click on the Port Forwarding tab at the top of screen.
    4. Select the Basic tab located on the left.
    5. Click Undo button at the bottom of the screen.
    6. Click Apply.
    UPnP

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.15.1 into the address bar (Or click the link). Enter motorola or CLEAR123 for the password.
    3. Click on Port Forwarding on the top.
    4. Select the Basic tab from the left.
    5. Check or uncheck the box labled “UPnP IGD” to activate or deactivate UPnP.
    6. Select Apply.
    Port Forwarding

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.15.1 into the address bar (Or click the link). Enter motorola or CLEAR123 for the password.
    3. Click the Port Forwarding tab in the upper left of the screen.
    4. Click the Forwarding tab on the left submenu.
    5. Click Add at the bottom of the screen.
    6. For Protocol select TCP.
    7. Type 3074 for all ports. (WAN Start Port, WAN End Port, LAN Start Port, LAN End Port)
    8. For “LAN IP Address” enter the IP Address of the Xbox.
    9. Repeat Steps 5-8 but select UDP for the Protocol.
    10. Select Apply at the bottom of the menu.
    Disable Port Forwarding

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.15.1 into the address bar (Or click the link). Enter motorola or CLEAR123 for the password.
    3. Click the Port Forwarding tab in the upper left of the screen.
    4. Click the Forwarding tab on the left submenu.
    5. Click Undo button on the bottom of the screen.
    6. Click Apply to save the changes.
    DHCP Reservation

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.15.1 into the address bar (Or click the link). Enter motorola or CLEAR123 for the password.
    3. Select Local Address on the top.
    4. Click on the Lease Reservation tab on the left.
    5. Click Add at the bottom.
    6. Enter the Client Host Name. (Xbox)
    7. Enter the MAC Address of the console.
    8. Enter the IP Address of the Xbox.
    9. Check the box for Enabled.
    10. Select Apply.

    Firewall

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.15.1 into the address bar (Or click the link). Enter motorola or CLEAR123 for the password.
    3. Select Internet on the top.
    4. Select the Firewall tab on the left.
    5. Uncheck the Enable Firewall box.
    6. Select Apply.
    Restoring Defaults

    Through Firmware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser.
    3. Enter http://192.168.15.1 into the address bar (Or click the link). Enter motorola or CLEAR123 for the password.
    4. Select Personalize on the top.
    5. Select Restore Factory Settings on the left.
    6. Check the “Restore Factory Settings” box.
    7. Select apply.
    8. Wait for lights to turn off then return to normal.
    Through Hardware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Locate the reset button on the device.
    3. With paperclip/pen/toothpick hold down the reset button down for 30 seconds.
    4. Wait for lights to turn off then return to normal.

    How to Find SSID (Network Name)

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Wireless on the across the top.
    4. Select Primary Network on the left.
    5. The SSID is located on this page labeled Network Name (SSID).


    How to Find Wireless Passphrase (WPA/WEP)

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Wireless on the across the top.
    4. Select Primary Network on the left.
    5. The password is on this page in the box labeled “Pre Shared Key”.


    Changing Wireless Security Type/ Disabling Wireless Security

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Wireless on the across the top.
    4. Select Primary Network on the left.
    5. The security is on this page. Select Enabled on desired security type. (To turn off the security, select Disabled on all the security types.)
    6. Click Apply.


    MAC Filtering

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Advanced at the top.
    4. Select MAC Filtering on the left.
    5. Select Clear All.
    6. Select Apply.


    Change Wireless Channel

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Wireless on the across the top.
    4. Select Basic on the left
    5. Select from the drop down menu labeled Channel. (1,3,9 or 11)
    6. Click Apply.


    Change Wireless Mode

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Wireless on the across the top.
    4. Select Advanced on the left.
    5. Select “54g Performance” from the drop labeled “54g Mode”.
    6. Click Apply.

    UPnP

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Advanced from the Top menu.
    4. Select Options from the left.
    5. Check or uncheck the UPnP box.
    6. Select Apply.


    DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Advanced from the Top menu.
    4. Select DMZ from the left hand menu.
    5. Enter the Xbox’s IP Address.
    6. Click Apply.


    Disable DMZ

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Advanced from the Top menu.
    4. Select DMZ from the left hand menu.
    5. Enter “0” in the box.
    6. Click Apply.


    Port Forwarding

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Advanced from the Top menu.
    4. Select Forwarding from the left.
    5. For Local IP Adr type in the IP Address of the Xbox.
    6. In Start/End Port type 3074.
    7. Select Both for Protocol.
    8. Put a check mark in the Enable box.
    9. Select Apply.


    Disable Port Forwarding

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Advanced from the Top menu.
    4. Select Forwarding from the left.
    5. Uncheck the Enabled box on the ports that you would like to remove.
    6. Select Apply.


    Firewall

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Firewall on the across the top.
    4. Select Web Filter on the left.
    5. Uncheck IP Flood Detection and Firewall Protection.
    6. Select Apply.


    Restore Factory Defaults

    Through Firmware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 in the address bar. Enter the username and password if the gateway asks (admin/motorola).
    3. Select Status across the top.
    4. Select Security on left.
    5. Select “Yes” under Restore Factory Defaults.
    6. Select Apply.
    Through Hardware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Locate the reset button on the device.
    3. With paperclip/pen/toothpick hold down the reset button down for 30 seconds.
    4. Wait for lights to turn off then return to normal.
