    Motorola/Netopia (Modems/Gateways): Firewall
    Login Information

    • Gateway: 192.168.1.254
    • Username: none (leave blank)
    • Password: Access code written on the side or bottom of the device
    Firewall

    1. Login to the gateway by entering 192.168.1.254 into the address bar of a web browser.
    2. Enter the access code listed on the device.
    3. Select Firewall from the menu across the top.
    4. Select Firewall Advanced from the submenu.
    5. Next to “Drop packets with unknown ether types” select off.
    6. Select Save.
