Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

Take in mind that these title do shuffle out every once in a while so if you were able to play it last month, its not guaranteed you will be able to play it this month. I however was able to verify that this is included via their

online catalogue.

I'd like you to take a look at
this article that covers the "Xbox One game won’t start Solution"

Alternatively I'd like to see if you experiencing this same issue when you try to use a different account.

If you can try this out, we would really appreciate your updates with attempting this.

Thanks for reaching out for help assistance with this question.

I could understand how getting an error like that could be confusing seeing as the game should be available and is in the catalog.

If you haven't already, I would try to remove and redownload your account as outlined in

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One and see if it gives you the same error.

If that does not work, then I would try a soft reset. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps.

Before you go ahead with it, just make sure that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(as you'll have to redownload
them)
and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games
&
apps.
