Motogp 15, download. Consistently freezes

Non of the things above helped

 

I've contacted milestone via support and facebook. No response whatsoever. I'm very dissapointed because the game actually isnt bad at all. Nevertheless its a major bug.

Hi,

Has any one come across this fault, when i try to play Motogp 15 online with my brother who is 103 miles away from me. The game loads up and then leaves me sitting on the start line with no sound and resume game, options and quit sign come up but i still
can look around the bike, just can't race. It only is doing on Motogp.

 

Exactly the same issues as above, the recommendations don't help and I have tried to contact Milestone but they don't respond, even ignoring me on twitter!

Can Microsoft not do anything about this as this game clearly isn't fit for the platform and I would like a refund on the digital version I purchased until it's fixed!

i'm getting the same problem its really annoying an trying to contact milestone is about as much use as a fart in a space suit. they just dont reply

 

Got same problem I'm fed up with it now I've tried uninstalling it and that still dose the same thing crass on practice

 

I'm pretty disgusted that neither Microsoft nor Milestone have bothered to address this issue. I paid a *** load of money for this game. Fix the issue or give our money back. Simple. Just ignoring and fobbing off customers is not going to gain Microsoft
any support. Customer service like this makes me regret not going the playstation route....

 

Does anyone know if Playstaion has the same problem, if it has not it mite be time to ditch the xbox one and go there. Microsoft dont seem to care about there customer's and as for milstone, we will sell the game with some faults and for get about it and
screw the customer. Not happy at this mo

I'm truly sorry to hear about the freezing issues being experienced. As I previously posted in this thread, we suggest, if you haven't already, trying out these troubleshooting steps below.

• Uninstall MotoGP 15 from your Xbox One console.
  
• Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will power down.
  
• Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and wait about three minutes.
  
• After three minutes has passed, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
  
• Sign into your account and download/install MotoGP 15 to your console and try playing it again.
  

If the troubleshooting steps above don't seem to make a difference and you're still getting the freezing issues, I would then strongly recommend contacting MotoGP 15's developer, Milestone
srl. Those are the proper folks to get in touch with for further assistance regarding MotoGP 15. Hope this helps, thanks in advance!
